Tate of Franklin and Richard "Rick" Swartzfager (Belinda); her grandchildren, Thomas Phillippi (Kayla) of Nickleville and Jessi Phillippi of Nickleville; her stepgrandchildren, Shaniqua Law of Alexandria, VA, Preston Morgan of Franklin, Vivian Morgan of Franklin, Theresa Fernandez (Mychal) of Torrance, CA, Heather DeMauro (Andy) of Avondale, AZ, David Swartzfager Jr., Samuel Swartzfager and Garrett Swartzfager; her stepdaughter-in-law Brandy Swartzfager of Michigan; her great grandchildren, Braxton and Mayleigh; her stepgrandsons, Jaxon and Noah; and her close friend Tracy Rivers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
