She is survived by: her son William "Bill" Phillippi of Knox; her son-in-law David L. Waters of Cranberry; her stepchildren, Rebecca Rankin of Franklin, Wendy M. Tate of Franklin and Richard "Rick" Swartzfager (Belinda); her grandchildren, Thomas Phillippi (Kayla) of Nickleville and Jessi Phillippi of Nickleville; her stepgrandchildren, Shaniqua Law of Alexandria, VA, Preston Morgan of Franklin, Vivian Morgan of Franklin, Theresa Fernandez (Mychal) of Torrance, CA, Heather DeMauro (Andy) of Avondale, AZ, David Swartzfager Jr., Samuel Swartzfager and Garrett Swartzfager; her stepdaughter-in-law Brandy Swartzfager of Michigan; her great grandchildren, Braxton and Mayleigh; her stepgrandsons, Jaxon and Noah; and her close friend Tracy Rivers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Best Funeral Home (2781 PA-257, Seneca, PA 16346). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
