With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Mayer Kingsley of Seneca, Pennsylvania, born in Titusville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 15, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Mayer and Marian G. Mayer (Buser). She is survived by: her children, William R. Kingsley (Cindi Lussendon), Cristine Anderson (George), Peter D. Kingsley (Melanie Blauser) and Christine Westrick (David); and her siblings, Robert Mayer of Titusville and Kathryn Daley of Franklin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
