He is survived by: his family Klugh Auto Body; his sister Connie Jackson of Florida; his mother-in-law Nancy Wolfe of Seneca; his siblings-in-law, Jim Wolfe, Jr. of Oil City, Patty Karns of Seneca and Pat Klugh of Florida; Dr. Jay Stevens and Visiting.
