He is survived by: his children, Wayne A. Tarr of Gloucester, Christopher S. Tarr of Beaver Falls and Jean L. Tiesma of Grand Rapids, Michigan; and his siblings, Barbara A. Tarr of Oil City and Ronald K. Tarr of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
