She is survived by: her daughter Lisa M. Neal (Gary) of Warsaw, NY.; and her siblings, Rosie Rhoades of Venus, Leona Culp of West Middlesex, PA., George E. Bell (Jane) of Oil City, Robert L. Bell of Franklin, Carl E. (Butch), William E. Bell (Penny) of Franklin and Clarence E. Bell of Seneca.
