He is survived by: his significant other Bill Miller; his children, Karen D. Polonsky (Denis) of Polk, Laurie J. Mong (Ronald) of Oil City, Barry L. Miller (Diane) of Seneca and Kevin D. Miller of Titusville; his grandchildren, Joanna Holloway (Ryan), Charles Polonsky (Margaret), Michael Mong (Kinsey), Rebecca Childs, Steven Mong (Kathleen), Andrew Mong (Caroline), Logan Miller, Addison Miller, Tyler Miller (Harley Carbaugh) and Emilee Miller; his great grandchildren, Benjamin Millard, Lauryn Burckett, Arik Kutchravy, Zachary Kutchravy, Jonathan Polonsky and Mary Polonsky; his grandchildren, Audrey, Ellie, Jacob, Owen, Connor, Warren, Bauer and Thatcher Mong; and his brother Bruce Miller.
