She was predeceased by: her parents, James J. Fasenmyer and Martina Marie Fasenmyer (Schill); her daughter Sandra Lea Black; and her siblings, Rita Caldwell, Doris Fry, Henry "Bud" Fasenmyer, Leroy Fasenmyer and Bernard "Bonnie" Fasenmyer.
She is survived by: her children, William E. Black Jr. (Jackie) of Seneca and Tamra Black (Justin Wigren) of Seneca; her grandchildren, Nathan Black, Arik Black, Samuel Black-Wigren, Alden Black and Alexander Black; her stepgrandson Travis Miller (Becky) of Seneca; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Syrus and Liara Miller of Seneca; her sister Judy Buckholtz of Seneca; her sister-in-law Carol Helmbrecht of West Springfield; and her godson Terry Caldwell of Erie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, including a special nephew.
