She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bures and Avaenella Bauer Bures; her son Gordon Carlson; and her brother Allen Bures. She is survived by: her children, Scott Carlson and Rhonda Heffner; and her stepchildren, Shawn Benson and Todd Benson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
