She is survived by: her husband Andrew Miller; her children, Danny Osten (Tracy), Rhonda Watson (Randall) and Vincent "Bill" Miller (Daisy); her grandchildren, Adam Osten (Ashley), Alyssa Osten, Joshua Osten, Patrick Watson, Cameron Watson (Zoei), Rose Fuller, Lily Miller, Theo Miller and Cassie Beers; her great grandchild Peyton Osten; her brother Thomas Winger (Donald Freed); her sister-in-law Peg Winger; and her mother-in-law Anna Green. She is also survived by several cousins that she considered siblings, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, August 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hile-Best Funeral Home (2781 PA-257, Seneca, PA 16346). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
