He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Burt and Dora Sharp Burt; his wife Janet Martin Burt; and his brothers, Kenneth, Bob and Gene.
He is survived by: his sister Janet Orosz; and his son Gary (Roxanne). He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren, and thirteen nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hile-Best Funeral Home (2781 PA-257, Seneca, PA 16346). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
