She is survived by: her mother Janet Smith; her sisters, Jill Heaney (Patrick) and Jewel Casciato (Jared); her stepbrother Jeb Berk (Debbie); her nieces and nephews, Ryan Heaney, Miranda Berk and Logan Berk; and her uncle Michael Smith.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gabauer-Lutton Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (117 Blackhawk Rd, Beaver Falls, PA 15010). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
