He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul A. Smith and Miriam Smith (Miller); and his wife Patricia. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Tim Wagner and Sheri Brenneman (Barry); his grandchildren, Jason (Rachel) and Jennifer (Jared); and his great grandchildren, Mila and Grayson.
