He was predeceased by : his sister Joyce Frazier; and his parents, Clifford Frazier and Dorothy Frazier. He is survived by : his wife Rebecca A. Frazier (Beley); his children, Zachary Frazier (Kristie), Robert Quinn (Suzanna), Erica Frazier (Paul) and Jonathon Quinn (Jamie); his grandchildren, Baileigh Frazier and Bentley Quinn; and his sisters, Linda Wible (George) and Donna Frazier.
