He is survived by : his significant other Kristy Lang of Sewickley; his children, Miley, John, Jake and Heaven; his parents, Debra Henry (Ed) of Hopewell, PA. and Robert Goettman (Lynn) of Rochester, PA.; and his siblings, Robert Goettman (Tori) of Beaver, PA., Michelle Orlowski (Matt) of New Brighton, PA. and Kristina Bergles (Randy) of Aliquippa, PA.. He is also survived by several uncles and aunts, numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
