Richard Elwood Knapp Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Elwood Knapp of Sewickley, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 4, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Elwood Knapp and Evelyn Knapp; his wife Jewel M. Knapp; his son Brad Knapp; and his sister Nancy Roy.

He is survived by: his children, Lisa L. Lorenzi (Jim), Ken Knapp (Alysia) and Laura Cheryba; his grandchildren, Joe, Zack, Alexis and Rio Knapp; his children, Lauren Quigley (Kevin), Liz Lorenzi (Alex Lum), Casey Knapp (Katie), Melanie Knapp, Roslyn Korai (Naush), Sam Knapp, Adam and Adrian Cheryba; and his great grandchildren, Kai Knapp, Rowen, Calla, Gray, Esme Quigley, Paxton, Liam Lum and Phoebe Knapp.
