He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Ann Kapis Sr. (Evans). He is survived by: his father Ronald G. Kapis Sr.; his siblings, Ronald G. Kapis Jr. and Rhonda Kapis; his nephew Nathan Wilkins; his aunt Shirley Breegle; and his cousins, Bill and Wade Breegle.
