He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen I Sherman and Emily Sherman (Galuska); his wife Patricia Ann Sherman; and his sister Carole Huckabee (Harvey). He is survived by: his children, Stephen Sherman III (Lori) and Karen Sovich (Christopher); his grandchildren, Megan Sauers (Daniel), Rachel Sovich, David Sovich and Daniel Sovich; his great grandchild Dean Sauers; and his brother-in-law John Makara (Cathy). He is also survived by 2 nieces and a nephew.
