He was predeceased by: his parents, P. C. Vanderslice and Vaune Vanderslice; his son Robert Vanderslice; and his siblings, Paul C. Vanderslice and Marjorie Gilchrist.
He is survived by: his wife R. Jean; his children, Thomas Vanderslice and Becky Divito; and his grandchildren, Markus Vanderslice and Jaice Divito.
