He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Hancock (Fisher) and Edward W. Hancock Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne M. Hancock (Meredith); his children, Rebecca, Alex, Edward III, Jennifer and Theresa; and his stepson Chris Pensyl. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
