He was predeceased by: his wife Kim. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly A. Smith and Christina L. Zwilling of Ohio; his grandchildren, Lexi Orozco (Erik), Macy Zwilling (Dylan Armstrong) and Ian Smith; his great grandchild Kellin; and his sister Irene Ware (Roger).
