He is survived by: his wife Darlene Fairbanks of New Castle, PA; his children, Julie DeMary (Bob Watros), Shawn Phillips (Pam) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Dennis Phillips (Jacque) of Mt. Juliet, TN and Donald Phillips (Wendy) of Wickford, RI; and his brothers, Richard Phillips (Jackie) of Hermitage, Thomas Phillips (Joan) of Masury, OH and Edward (Ted). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
