He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bailey and Ruth Bailey (Williams); and his brothers, K. William "Bill" and Alan Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Beverly J. Rusbashan; his children, Edward P. Bailey, Jr. of Sharon and Elaine Patton of Sharon; his pets, Maggie and May; and his brother Daniel Bailey (Pat) of Brookfield, OH. He is also survived by three sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to an animal charity of the donor's choice.
