He was predeceased by: his parents, Albin Clyde McCullough and Margaret McCullough (Zilke) of Claysville, PA.; his wife Barbara McCullough (Kweder); and his siblings, Robert, John McCullough and Jean Strott (McCullough).
He is survived by: his children, Kevin McCullough (Jody) of Hummelstown, PA and Kimberly McCullough of Virginia Beach, VA; his brother Ernie McCullough (Nila) of Ohio; and his pet Boots.
