He is survived by: his children, Jacob "Jack" Troutman III (Cheryl), Thomas Troutman, Lake, Robert Troutman and Amelia Troutman; his stepson Robert Brenneman; his granddaughters, Gloryanna Blount, Gillian Blount, Alice Troutman and Scarlett Troutman; and his fiancée Patricia Brenneman.
