He was predeceased by: his sister Patsy McCauley; and his stepson Todd Brenneman. He is survived by: his children, Jacob "Jack" Troutman III (Cheryl), Thomas Troutman, Lake, Robert Troutman and Amelia Troutman; his stepson Robert Brenneman; his granddaughters, Gloryanna Blount, Gillian Blount, Alice Troutman and Scarlett Troutman; and his fiancée Patricia Brenneman.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the J. Bradley McGonigle F. H. & Crematory, Inc. - Sharon (1090 E State St, Sharon, PA 16146). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
