He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kanyuck and Suzanna S. Suchko Kanyuck; and his siblings, Helen Hirko, Suzanne Walting, Helen Gomer, Mary Kanyuck and Andrew Kanyuck.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Guzikovszka; his daughters, Burnsville, Minn and Mary Marlene Kanuck; and his siblings, Margaret Mueller and George Kanuck of Booksville, Fla. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-granchildren.
