She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Yanak and Julia Yanak (Dobrovolski); her husband Lance Fustos; and her brother Stephen Yanak. She is survived by: her children, Amy Williams of Sharon, Keith Fustos (Billi) of Hermitage and Tom Fustos of Farrell. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to an animal shelter of the donor's choice.
