She is survived by: her children, Toni Lynn Elisco (Mark) of Burghill, OH and Brian Frank (Kathy) of Virginia; her sister Patricia Kizak (Don) of Hermitage; her grandchildren, Isabella, Francesca Elisco, Adam Zola, Kaylee Kondos, Samantha Frank, Alicia Primak, Tiffany and Brianna Frank; her great grandchildren, Owen, Madison, Carter, Hayden, Joshua and Jacob; and her former spouse Thomas Mulligan of Meadville, PA..
