Ronald Hughes Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Hughes (Sharon, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 6, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Ronald departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Ronald may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Ronald leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eustace "Dupe" Hughes and Virginia Hughes; and his children, Virginia Hughes and Kenneth Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Betty Baker; his son Curtis Hughes (Darcy) of Minnesota; his brother-in-law Richard Baker (Diana); his niece Tammy Mild (Brad); and his nephew Richard Baker (Tracy).
