Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Ulysses for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. Loved ones will reflect on the time spent together. Ulysses’s memory will live on in the hearts of friends and family, a lasting reminder of the connections and experiences he brought to the world.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sara Frances Flemon; his daughter Robin Dawn Ward; his brother Thomas Ward; and his grandson Derron Ward. He is survived by: his sons, Dale Ward (Lauriethel) of Hermitage and Dean Ward (Marilyn) of Masury; and his grandchildren, Janeen Hall of Farrell, Tiffany Wilson of McKeesport, PA, Katrina Cain of Farrell and Kristen Giles of Akron, Ohio. He is also survived by four grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren; his adopted grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ruth A M E Zion Church (95 W Connelly Blvd, Sharon, PA 16146). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
