She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Meade and Lorene Meade (Coley); her husband Donald Hando; her grandchildren, Andy Hando and Violet Rogers-Zeude; and her great grandchild Roman Skinner.

She is survived by: her children, Beth Hando, Marcie Michaelson (Steve), Dona Hando, Jenny Hando, Ruben Berry, Matthew Hando (Carmen) and Daniel Berry. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
