He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Schell and Alice Schell (Porterfield); his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Schell (Negrea); his grandson William Schell, III; and his siblings, Priscilla Schell, Susan Winger, Flora Coxson, Margaret Brakeman, Neomia Levitt, Franklin and Leon Schell.
He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Schell, Jr. of Sharpsville, Robert Schell (Mary) of Brookfield, OH, Johnny Schell (Brandy) of Sharon and Angel "Lady" Schell (Mike Herrmann) of Sharon; his siblings, Ruth Allshouse of Butner, NC and Charles Schell (Karen) of Clark, PA; his grandchildren, Alauna, Michael, Chase, Lily, Ian and Shane; and his great grandchildren, William, IV, Kayson, Isaiah and Scarlette.
