He is survived by: his wife Shirley Riggs; his children, Lonny Riggs, Bobby Riggs and Carrie Riggs; his stepchildren, Gina Johnson and Ron Johnson; his brothers, Tom Riggs (Mary) and Dave Riggs (Judy); and his brother-in-law Lee McCoy.
