It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Savakinus of Shavertown, Pennsylvania, born in Kingston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Anthony A. Kuchemba Sr.. She is survived by : her daughter Caroline Sauers (Frank); her grandchildren, John Sauers (Patricia Feng), Thomas Sauers and David Sauers; her brother Anthony Kuchemba Jr. (Joanne); and her pet Lucy. She is also survived by her cousins who were like siblings; her nieces and nephews, friends.

Throughout her life, Carol's had a great love for animals, most especially horses, so the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made in Carol's memory to Blue Chip Farm Animal Refuge, 974 Lockville Road, Dallas, Pennsylvania 18612.
