He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Cutler and Anna Lackey (Bachop); his spouse Elvirda Belle Griffin; his son Larry Lackey; and his sister Evaline Packard.
He is survived by: his sons, William Lackey (Dorothy) of Hadley, Raymond Lackey (Virginia) of Caledonia, MI and Donald Lackey (Deborah) of Stoneboro; and his daughter-in-law Ann Lackey of Hadley. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
