He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Culbertson and William Culbertson; his sister Karen Berardi (Sam); his granddaughter Delanie Culbertson; and his nephew Gary Culbertson.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his son Craig E. Culbertson (Brittany); his grandchildren, Rachel, Lydia and Carissa; his daughter Carol Hultman (Conrad); his grandchildren, Morgan, Madi, Currie and Rayna; his child Michele Grant; his granddaughter Sara; his brother Kingsley Culbertson of Erie, PA; and his sibling's children, Robert, Tom Berardi, Maria Grosselin, Crissi Winans and John Culbertson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. (1003 Pennsylvania Ave E, Warren, PA 16365). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
