Culbertson (Brittany); his grandchildren, Rachel, Lydia and Carissa; his daughter Carol Hultman (Conrad); his grandchildren, Morgan, Madi, Currie and Rayna; his child Michele Grant; his granddaughter Sara; his brother Kingsley Culbertson of Erie, PA; and his nieces and nephews, Robert, Tom Berardi, Maria Grosselin, Crissi Winans and John Culbertson.
