Zalewski of Shelocta, Pennsylvania, born in Indiana, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 6, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Baran and Agnes Baran. She is survived by: her husband Ed Zalewski; her children, Michelle Roth (Joe), Katherine Martin (Derek) of Halifax, Mass., Lisa Zalewski of Shelocta, PA and Edmund Zalewski (Eddie) of Shelocta, PA; her grandchildren, Andrew, Teresa, Emma, Kip, Danielle, Jesse, Brodric, Erik and Max; her stepgrandchildren, Derek Jr. and Kerri; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Tony, Braiden and Aria; and her siblings, Michael Baran (Linda) of Homer City, PA and Mary.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM, on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM and from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bowser Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (4606 Old US 119 Hwy S, Homer City, PA 15748).
