He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paschall and Geneva Stevens Paschall; and his brothers, Timothy and David Paschall. He is survived by: his wife Jayme Hernandez; his children, Joshua Bradley of Delaware County, Bryanna Bradley of Delaware County, David Bradley of Delaware County, McKenzie Bradley of Delaware County, Olivia Bradley of Delaware County, Isaac Paschall of Delaware County, Richard Hernandez of Shenandoah, Andrew Czerny of Shenandoah, Evan Czerny of Shenandoah, Mahalia Czerny of Shenandoah, Ariella Deutsch of Shenandoah, Savannah Deutsch of Shenandoah, Gianna Paschall of Shenandoah and Georgia Paschall of Shenandoah; his granddaughter Ailanny Valera; his siblings, Steven Paschall, Betty Emsley and Gail Watt; and his close friend Brian Kukowski.
