She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Chernewski; her brother Thomas Chernewski Jr.; and her grandparents, Donald, Rose Reese, George and Johanna Chernewski.
She is survived by: her mother Pamela Reese; her son Jaxon; and her siblings, Kyle Chernewski, Kimberly Chernewski (Jason Petritsch) and Amber Conway (Cody). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and a nephew.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home (501 W Washington St, Frackville, PA 17931).
