She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Veronica, Leo Kayes, Patricia Maloney (Buchanan), Robert Buchanan and Frank Maloney.

She is survived by: her parents, Karen Kayes (Buchanan) of Shenandoah and Leo Kayes of Shenandoah; her husband Joseph Hall; her children, Veronica, Joey and Wyatt; her pet Lilly; her siblings, Melissa (Mark Mikita) and Leo Kayes II (Corine) of Shenandoah; her nieces, Meredith Mikita, Marlena Mikita and Lux Budwash; and her nephew Tripp Budwash.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Leanne will be accepted at the funeral home for the benefit of the PA State Troopers Association - Troopers Helping Troopers Foundation.
