He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Stroble (Felker) and Lewis Stroble; his wife Phyllis L. Stroble (Bracey); his siblings, Lewis Stroble and Donna Freed; his nephew James Freed; and his brother-in-law James Freed.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen A. Stroble and Stephanie Stroble of North Wildwood, NJ; his granddaughters, Rebecca and Lauren Stroble of Austin, TX; and his nephew David Freed.
A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Church Cemetery (118 Broad St, Ashland, PA 17921). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
