She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kayes and Rose Kayes (Perun); her husband Alfred Ushock; and her siblings, Edward, Walter, Joe, John, Frank, Tony, Leo, Bernard, Thomas, Stanley Kayes, Rosella Guida and Loretta Zaber.
She is survived by: her sister Pat (Jules Stremba); and her friend Julia Legnos. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
