Theresa left this world on May 5, 2025 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kayes and Rose Kayes (Perun); her husband Alfred Ushock; and her siblings, Edward, Walter, Joe, John, Frank, Tony, Leo, Bernard, Thomas, Stanley Kayes, Rosella Guida and Loretta Zaber.
She is survived by: her sister Pat (Jules Stremba); and her friend Julia Legnos. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, Inc. (132 S Jardin St, Shenandoah, PA 17976). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (82 N Center St, Ringtown, PA 17967).
