He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Spencer and Christine Spencer (Cangey); and his siblings, Phyllis Domenick, Gloria DiSanti, Michael Spencer and William Spencer Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jean Spencer (Pace); and his brother-in-law John Pace (Patty) of Venice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
