Maxwell, Jr., Thomas Maxwell and Sheri Maxwell-Samuels; her siblings, Earl Ettinger, Jr., Harry Ettinger, William Ettinger and Margaret Pyle; and her grandsons, John Samuels, Jr. and Alexander Samuels.
