She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenzo Scarpitti and Ersilia Sheldon Scarpitti; her husband Michael J. Frengel; and her siblings, Louis Scarpitti, Grace Scarpitti and Rose Pezzi.
She is survived by: her children, David Frengel (Barbara) and Mickey Sheehan (James); and her grandchildren, Christine Grove (Darrin), Michael Frengel (Becky), James Frengel (Ellie) and Robert Sheehan. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the First Alliance Church (111 Mission Meade Dr, New Castle, PA 16105). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the City Rescue Mission, 319 S. Croton Ave, New Castle, PA 16101 or First Alliance Church.
