He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dean and Helen Dean (Haydo); and his brother Richard Dean. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Fazzolare; his children, Darrick Dean (Annette) and Kristy Dean; his brother David Dean; and his grandson Logan Dean.
