She is survived by: her husband Herbert L Forney; her daughter Megan Marie Keaton; her grandsons, Chase Lee and Evan Cy Keaton of Shermans Dale, PA.; her stepson Nashaun Forney (Uliana Kozhevnikova); her granddaughters, Madison Sayre (Avery) of Pittsburgh, PA. and Sasha Cowan of Pittsburgh, PA.; and her nieces, Stephanie (David Eby) of Carlisle, PA., Kelly (Jason) of Carlisle, PA. and Charolotte (Maxwell Smiley) of Carlisle, PA..
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Richardson Funeral Home (29 S Enola Dr, Enola, PA 17025). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
