He was predeceased by: his parents, John Futoma, and Kathleen Futoma, Sr. (Cicini); his wife Linda Yudisky; and his sister Cathy Brewster (Thomas). He is survived by: his children, Jason Futoma (Amy) of Shickshinny and Melissa Hook (Larry Jr.) of Mountain Top; his brother Thomas Futoma (Debbie Futoma) of Shickshinny; and his grandchildren, Madison Futoma of Mountain Top, Hannah of Mountain Top and Noah Hook of Mountain Top.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mayo Funeral Home (77 Main St, Shickshinny, PA 18655). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
