She is survived by: her children, Roy Smith (Ruthie) of West Nanticoke, Kevin Smith (Denise) of Bear Creek, Jesse Smith (Doreen) of Lake Silkworth and Susan James (Matthew) of Bernville; her grandchildren, David, Desi, Brianna, Robert, Jesse, Josie, Summer, Spencer, Parker, Jonathan, LeeAnn and Tommy; her great grandchildren, Faith, TJ, Aurora, Hope, Jenna, Alivia, Ellie, Natalie and Mikey; her siblings, Nancy Mentyka and Bob Dopko; and her brother-in-law Joseph Mentyka. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
