He was predeceased by: his parents, William Blaine and Ruth Brink Blaine; his brother Gary Blaine; his parents-in-law, Clinton Strachan and Elizabeth Strachan; and his sisters-in-law, Debra and Karen Blaine.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Strachan; his children, Tim Blaine (Lindsay) of Sierra Vista, AZ, Heather Blaine (Carrie) of Berwick and Stephen Blaine (Olivia) of Harveys Lake; his grandchildren, Hunter, Lillian and Kelcey; his siblings, Joseph Blaine, Sr. of Wilkes-Barre, Richard Blaine, Sr. of Lehman and Janet Brucher (Mike) of Hunlock Creek; his sister-in-law Lydia Blaine of Dallas; and his pets, Sadie and Spot. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
