In the sacred silence of farewell, Allen is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Allen's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank B. Rush and Alma M. Rush (Miller); and his sister Frances Antosy. He is survived by: his daughters, Donna M. Miller (Tom Gutekunst) of Bethlehem and Lori A. Ruth (Keith) of Reading; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Alex, Adam and Luke.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bean Funeral Homes- Shillington (129 E Lancaster Ave, Shillington, PA 19607). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bean Funeral Home (129 E Lancaster Ave, Shillington, PA 19607).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Breast Cancer Support Services of Berks.
